1. To receive President’s Report on behalf of the Management Committee for the year ended 31 December 2023;
2. To receive and, if approved, pass the Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts of the Association for the year 2023;
3. To elect Office Bearers for year 2024 - 2026;
4. To appoint Auditor for year 2024 accounts;
5. To transact any other business in accordance with the Association’s Constitution
